Many clients of ours have asked for a way to review the reports of their employees
before they are sent to the various properties that they service for many reasons
such as the field officer does not describe properly what he is doing, grammatical
errors, incorrect email destination, etc.. so this function allows you to put any
of your employees in "report review" mode which allows you to review and edit the
reports before they are sent out to your clients.
First you would select the report to be viewed and edited from the list of unsent reports below:
Then you would review and/or edit the report (example shown below), select the proper
recipient, then click on the "Save and Send" button.
