COMPUTERS
Any computer with a minimum of 512mb ram, 1ghz processor and minimum screen size of
800x600 can be used with our service (Adam 602 version of Destiny will require a minimum
screen resolution of 1024x768 - release date late 2010). We do recommend 1gig of ram but
512mb will work. Some things to consider before you buy a laptop is that there are a lot
of surplus police computers out there on the market, on ebay, etc. that are very durable
and run off of 12 volt source.
WIRELESS MODEMS
Any wireless broadband modem from Verizon, Sprint or AT&T will work fine but there is
always the chance of going into a bad area where coverage is marginal. We suggest that
you use a larger industrial modem that utilizes the same services from the three major
carriers like the "Raven" (pictured above) but is obviously a bit more expensive. to see

GPS ANTENNAS / RECEIVERS
Destiny uses a GPS receiver to track the vehicles and the receiver needs to be connected
via the USB port of the computer. These receivers usually go for about $30.00 and can be
placed on the dashboard, although this will work and sometimes very well, this is by no
means the best way to do track your vehicle. for more information please click on the
