THE PARKING CITATION FEATURE IS FOR GIVING WARNINGS AND NOTIFYING THE MANAGEMENT OF PARKING VIOLATORS OF EITHER CLIENT PROPERTY RULES AND REGULATIONS OR EVEN MUNICIPAL CODES SUCH AS PARKING IN A FIRELANE. WHEN MAKING A PARKING CITATION, THE ABOVE FORM SAVES THE DATA AND THEN PRINTS OUT YOUR CITATION IN "TICKET FORM" AND 3 TO A PAGE. SPECIAL 3 PART PREFORATED PAPER IS AVAILABLE ONLINE FROM OFFICEMAX (DESCRIBED BELOW). THIS METHOD WILL SAVE YOUR COMPANY MONEY OVER USING THE OLD NCR CITATIONS AND NOT ALL CITATIONS WILL BE PRINTED AS YOUR CLIENTS CAN RECEIVE THEIR CITATIONS VIA EMAIL TOO.

THIS IS HOW THIS FEATURE IS USED.

  1. SECURITY GUARD OR PATROL OFFICERS ENTER INFORMATION ON SCREEN SHOWN ABOVE.
    NOTE: AFTER ENTERING THE LICENSE PLATE INFORMATION AND THE ACCOUNT LOCATION, THE OFFICER CAN CLICK ON A "VEHICLE TOW STATUS" BUTTON THAT IS ON THE PAGE WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHECK THE LICENSE PLATE AGAINST PREVIOUS CITATIONS, SAFELISTS, TOW AFTER "X" CITATION, ROLLING WINDOW CITES OR ANY OTHER PARAMETER THAT WAS ENTERED ON THE "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" PAGE, THEN THE PROGRAM WILL SUGGEST IF THE VEHICLE SHOULD BE TOWED OR NOT. A POPUP WINDOW WILL SHOW THE PLATE HISTORY AND WHETHER TO TOW OR NOT.

  2. When submitted, an email gets automatically sent to your client.
  3. The email will have a link to a web version of the citation for your client to see.
  4. This citation can always be retrieved by your personnel via the Destiny program.
  5. This citation can also be printed in triplicate right from your own printer. No need for expensive NCR paper forms.
