The Dispatches Feature provides the officer a means of creating a log for call. The officer can use this to report an alarm response. This feature allows a field officer to view past alarm responses and calls for service so that they may determine if they should take extra precaution, or possibly special circumstances regarding a property, such as prior reports of gang activity, etc.. (Officer Safety).

A field officer can narrow down the list by account name. When the field officer sees a dispatch call that they wish to see more detail of, all the officer has to do is click on the desired line and the complete record will appear with all the information from the original call.
