Refund Policy

Destiny Software, Inc. – If You’re Not Happy, We’re Not Happy!

Destiny Software, Inc, values our clients, and if for any reason you are unhappy with the services provided to you, you have 7 days from when your credit/debit card was charged, or from when your check cleared our bank account, to request a full refund for that particular month of service in which you became displeased with our services. After 7 days have passed from when your credit/debit card was charged, or 7 days have passed after your check has cleared our bank account, it is understood that you have now received services for which you cannot receive a refund for.

Receiving a refund does not release you from any terms of our service contract unless there is an issue or a problem that we are unable to resolve within 10 business days from when a service ticket has been created and submitted via the Support Helpdesk link in the Administration Portal.
