  • Do we have to utilize your servers, or can we purchase our own servers and run your software on it?

    Unfortunately we can not allow our proprietary programming outside of our control, but be rest assured that we have 99.9% up time, which will ensure that when you need to use our services, that you will have the data you need, when you need it.

  • How may I receive support for my company?

    The most effective method of receiving support would be to utilize our ticketing system. With use of our ticketing system we both have a written account of the actions taken to remedy any issues.

  • Will your tracking work in areas where there is no cell service?

    Our trackers have an internal memory that will save the data when there is no connection, then automatically upload it once a connection has been re-established between the device and our servers, insuring that you will not lose critical data.
